We provide a range of services and groups to support people with their mental health and wellbeing.

 
 
Adult Community Support
Mental health support for adults age 25+, providing time limited interventions including,  one to one support, group work, personal development courses and training.  
Carers Service
A range of support for carers over the age of 16 who care for people living with, or recovering from mental ill health.
CHIME
CHIME Recovery Programme supports people who are 18+ and experiencing low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem or anxiety. 
Connecting Communities
Based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing model, this service provides support to people with mental ill-health from black minority ethnic groups and emerging communities.
LILY

Lily is a service from the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk that helps adults in West Norfolk develop friendships and engage in their community. 

Low Cost Counselling
A self-funded charitable service, offering both long (up to 1 year) & short-term counselling to members of the general public. The Low Cost Counselling Service is a volunteer service delivered by majority trainees.
Mindfulness
With over ten years' teaching experience, we offer a range of Mindfulness courses and workshops to the public and workplaces to build resilience to recurrent depression and stress and cultivate greater wellbeing. 
Nature Connect
Nature Connect project runs regular group activities in Mile Cross to help adults to develop a deeper contact with nature for improved resilience and overall better good mental health.

Pace of Mind

Pace of Mind Norfolk offers opportunities to explore green spaces through our friendly running and walking groups - to help you improve your fitness, increase your sense of wellbeing and boost your connection with nature.

Primary Care

The Primary Care Services team work across the county and comprise of a number of roles which empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing.

Psych Liaison Service
The Psych Liaison service provides support to vulnerable people accessing A&E who are medically fit for discharge however maybe at a greater risk of self-harm or suicide up to 6 months after discharge. 
REST Hubs
Our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs are walk in services based in the heart of our communities. They provide 1-2-1 and group-based support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a non-clinical environment.

Bringing together a set of mental health services under a shared model in an accessible central Norfolk location.

Routes Employment Service
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based approach with a proven track record of supporting people with serious mental health difficulties to find the employment of their choosing.
Short Stay Recovery Homes
A short term residential recovery programme for people experiencing complex and enduring challenges to their mental health.  Providing immediate, community-based crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a supportive environment.
Social Community Groups
Our social development activities give you the opportunity to meet people and learn new skills in a safe and supportive setting with other people you can relate to.
Suicide Bereavement
Support for people in Norfolk & Waveney who have been bereaved or affected by suicide.
sUStain Project
sUStain is a pioneering new climate anxiety project, which will provide support for adults and young people, in partnership with UEA, the Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA) and The Resilience Project.
Telephone Support Line
The Norfolk and Waveney Mind Telephone Support Line provides advice, information and signposting to individuals seeking recovery focused, emotional and crisis support.
Training
Providing mental health training for education providers, individuals and organisations.   
 
Waves
A 12 month recovery programme for people managing traits of or a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) or emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD). 
Wellbeing Service
Providing a range of support for people with common mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression or stress.
West Crisis Community Support
West Crisis Community Support is an admission prevention service, supporting individuals and NSFT teams to keep people well in their own homes and the community rather than admission to hospital.
 
Youth Service
Mental health support for young people from the age of 11-25 living across Norfolk and Waveney.
