CHIME Workshops
CHIME: A holistic approach to recovery
A support Group that uses the CHIME approach which stands for Connection, Hope, Identity and meaning.
Recovery doesn't mean you'll be 'cured' of your mental health problems and never have any symptoms again. Rather, it means that you will have the tools to live well most of the time, connecting with friends and making key decisions about your life for yourself.

Complex Bereavement Drop in Support
A mental health bereavement drop in service.
At Norfolk and Waveney Mind we understand those bereaved and affected by suicide or a sudden bereavment where people have been unable to be with the person who has passed away may face a host of conflicting feelings.
This drop in service focuses on supporting individual in the immediacy of loss. This can be both emotonal and practical support and referring you to services suitable for you.
