Neurodivergent Youth Group 

A group that brings together individuals that identify or have been diagnosed as being autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic amongst others. The group is set up to support individuals, families their carers by discussing challenges, sharing ideas and positive coping mechanisms. The group is open to all and run by a qualified worker.

Nature Connect Forest Bathing Session at Sweet Briar Marshes

Join Norfolk and Waveney Mind's Nature Connect project for a Forest Bathing session, although it's not yet open to the public we're running a special session at Norfolk Wildlife Trust Sweet Briar Marshes on Tuesday 12th December.

'Forest Bathing is inspired but the Japanese practice – Shinrin Yoku. We will awaken and immerse your senses amongst nature. An opportunity to relax and unwind, to discover your own walk and connection, acknowledge and appreciate nature’s wisdom, becoming more open, connected, fully present and alive.'

Menopause and me support group 

Our Menopause and me course is delivered by our partners at Adult Learning.

Through this course, you will learn more about the menopause and the impact it has on the body and mind. You will also get to learn various coping strategies to help you live healthily with the opportunity to listen and share stories, experiences and learning with others who are going through the menopause.

The trainer for this free course is highly experienced and knowledgeable with lots of positive feedback from previous sessions.
