Make a free Will in person
From the 1st October until the end of December, Norfolk and Waveney Mind have partnered with The National Free Wills Network. This means we are offering people the opportunity to have a simple Will written or updated in person, for free with a local solicitor.
To use this service request a pack to be sent to your home address within two weeks by clicking the button below. This pack will have details of local solicitors who participate in the National Free Wills Network and explain how to make an appointment with one.

This guide will explain all you need to know to leave a Gift in your Will. We’ll talk you through step by step, explaining what kinds of gift you can donate and what information you’ll need to include in the will.
There’s no obligation to leave us a gift in your will, but if you do choose to support Norfolk and Waveney Mind our registered charity number is 1118449, thank you. We’d also love you to let us know. It’s up to you whether you do, but it means we can plan our work effectively and thank you properly.
Although we are part of the national Mind network, we are a local independent charity and raise our own funds. With your help, we can create a future where no one in Norfolk and Waveney has to face poor mental health alone.
