What is the Youth Recovery Service?
Our Youth Recovery Service supports young people at the point of emerging mental health and emotional difficulties. We aim to provide them with education and awareness of mental health signs and symptoms, giving them coping strategies and tools to combat current and future life challenges they may face.
Who is the Youth Recovery Service is for?
Our Youth Recovery Service supports young people aged 18 - 24 living in Norwich, Aylsham, Thetford and surrounding areas.
Where can I get support from the Youth Recovery Service?
Drop in for support at our REST Hubs in Norwich, Aylsham and Thetford, where you can walk in and speak with a Youth Recovery Worker. No appointment needed.
- Tuesday and Thursday at REST Norwich (Churchman House, 71 Bethel Street, Norwich, NR2 1NR)
- Monday at REST Aylsham (1 Red Lion Street, Aylsham, NR11 6ER)
- Tuesday at REST Thetford (Breckland House, St Nicholas Street, Thetford, IP24 1BT)

How do I access the Youth Recovery Service?
You can access the Youth Recovery Service in one of the following ways:
- Call 0300 330 5488 option 1, and ask to make a self referral to the Youth Service.
- Fill out the 'self referral form'
- If you are a Local Partner Organisation, or Professional you can fill out the 'Professional Referral Form' on behalf of the young person.
