REST stands for Recover, Eat, Support, Talk.
Our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs are walk in services based in the heart of our communities. They provide 1-2-1 and group-based support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a non-clinical environment.
How do I access this service?
- A person is referred into the service by a professional.
- A person can walk in to the hub and asks for support.

REST Norwich offers a daytime community wellbeing hub and cafe open 7 days a week.
Community wellbeing hub: Open 9.30am – 6pm weekdays and 9.30am – 5pm weekends.
REST café: Open 9:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Saturday, 12pm - 3.30pm Sundays.
