We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Mark Taylor to our board of trustees.
Mark works as a leadership coach and management consultant, with a range of clients in the NHS, public and not for profit sectors.
Prior to this, Mark worked for over 30 years in a range of senior leadership roles in the NHS, initially in Sheffield before moving to Norfolk in 1993.
In recent years, he has held a number of part time roles - advising the Secretary of State for Health on NHS service changes, as a Non-Executive Director of a Primary Care Company, as Vice Chairman of Julian Support, and as a Volunteer for Age UK.
Mark has had a keen interest in mental health services throughout his career, working initially in Norfolk as Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive of Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health NHS Trust.
Mark lives in North Norfolk with his wife, and spends his spare time walking his dog, supporting Lincoln City, and trying to improve his golf and guitar playing.
We are excited for Mark to join our board of trustees to help us ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone.
