Further pop-up mental health support sessions to be held across the East 10 March 2026 | By Norfolk and Waveney Mind Pop up sessions across Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft are set to continue to support communities affected by the closure of the Access Community Trust. Following ACT's closure on the 25th March, Norfolk and Waveney Mind have been providing drop in sessions offering signposting, information, and on-the-day support to communities affected. These sessions started on 2 March, and are now set to continue. New drop in sessions Anyone can attend these sessions to speak to our team, no appointments are needed. The full list of times, dates and locations is below. New groups in the East Alongside our drop in service, new groups are being set up in Great Yarmouth to provide ongoing support. These are free for anyone to attend, and the details are below. Location: Marina Centre Café, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2ER Free parking for 3 hours – enter your car registration on the touchscreen at reception. Mondays | 1:30pm–3:30pm – Games Group A relaxed, social session focused on board games and connection.
