New pop up sessions across the East confirmed for May 28 April 2026 | By Norfolk and Waveney Mind Pop-up sessions to support the mental health of people living in the East are set to continue across May. These sessions have been put on by Norfolk and Waveney Mind to support communities affected by the closure of the Access Community Trust. Anyone can attend the sessions, which are hosted in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. The sessions provide the community with on-the-day support, as well as signposting to other services and information about futher support available. New drop in sessions Anyone can attend these sessions to speak to our team, no appointments are needed. The full list of times, dates and locations is below. Groups in the East Groups in Great Yarmouth are also available for people who may need support. These are free for anyone to attend, and do not require booking - just turn up when the session is running. Mondays | 1:30pm–3:30pm – Games Group A relaxed, social session focused on board games and connection.
