We are continuing to work with Beacon to confirm the extent of any impact. The information involved may include names, email addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers. We would like to reassure our supporters that financial and payment information was not affected. There is also currently no evidence that Norfolk and Waveney Mind's own systems were accessed as part of this incident. We are taking this matter very seriously and are working closely with Beacon to understand the incident and any potential impact on our supporters. Beacon has confirmed that steps have been taken to secure its systems and that a thorough investigation is ongoing.
