Due to funding challenges, our youth service will cease operations by March 2025, and with immediate effect, we will not be accepting referrals.

Support is available through our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs in AylshamNorwichGreat YarmouthKing’s Lynn and Thetford.

Talking Therapies - Can offer 1-1 support but also have lots of helpful webinars etc on their website. Self-referral form can also be found here should anyone wish to refer themselves.

GYROS Services - if you live in the Great Yarmouth area, they provide FREE information, advice, guidance, signposting and advocacy on Employment rights & law, Police - helping you report hate crime and incidents, School / Education, Housing, Universal Credit, Money & debt, Health and Your rights in the UK.

DIAL - offer free confidential information and advice to disabled and vulnerable people within Great Yarmouth, Waveney and Norfolk areas.

On Your Side - is a new, UK-wide support and reporting service for anyone in the UK who identifies as East and Southeast Asian who has experienced racism or any forms of hate.

Additional mental health support can be found at your GP surgery and at the local STEAM House café.
