Mental Elf is a festive fun run for everyone – whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll in the park. On Sunday 14th December at Whitlingham Country Park, you can walk, jog, skip or run the approximately 4k distance. You can even bring your little ones or four-legged friends – the focus is on having plenty of fun, while raising vital funds for Mind’s work in your local area. Fancy dress is positively encouraged!
A concept that was started by our friends at Lancashire Mind over a decade ago, we’re delighted to be a part of it this year.
As the festive season approaches, Mental Elf not only promotes the benefits of physical activity, but it connects people and will give you that warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that you’re helping us to raise vital funds for your local mental health charity.
