What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means to pay attention, non-judgementally and in the present moment and is a way of helping us work differently with challenges, as well as live life more fully.
It has benefits in all areas of life including in our relationships, at work and with our own wellbeing. With 10 years’ experience of delivering nationally evidenced mindfulness programmes, we can help you understand and experience these benefits!
All our trainers have recognised Mindfulness teaching qualifications to deliver the diverse range of courses we offer.

For any further information about mindfulness courses for yourself or your workplace then please contact Rob or Ruth on

Covid-19 Update

Further to Government guidance with regard to the continuously evolving response to COVID19, Norfolk and Waveney Mind has taken the decision to postpone all our classroom based training and mindfulness courses until future notice.
However, we are delighted to be able to offer all our mindfulness courses and workshops virtually.
Whilst we are developing and refining our virtual offering, we are pricing our training courses and workshops at below our usual rates - to support local people, businesses and their employees, during the pandemic.

We can help your organisation build a mindful workplace for better performance, innovation and resilience.

We offer support in developing mindfulness as a core competence, that can be woven through all levels of your organisation to create a culture of reduced stress, improved focus and creativity.

Research shows workplace course programmes are more effective at enabling individuals to sustain mindfulness skills and their benefits, than mindfulness apps alone.
