What is Nature Connect?
Nature Connect project will run regular group activities in three urban locations (Norwich, King’s Lynn and Great Yarmouth) to help adults to develop a deeper contact with nature for improved resilience and overall better good mental health.
The project will include the following elements:
- Resilience workshop
- Sowing and Growing groups
- Mindful Walking and Forest Bathing
- Nature Connect workshops and groups
Who is Nature Connect for?
People (over 18 years old) struggling with or at risk of low to moderate mental health conditions. This may also be as a consequence of COVID.
How do I access Nature Connect?
We are a self-referral service, and we ask all participants to complete a brief booking form to join our courses.

Nature Reconnect FREE 6 week Course
- Norwich - Wednesday 16th March, 12.30pm
- Great Yarmouth - Tuesday 15th March, 10am
- King's Lynn - Friday 22nd April, 1pm
Crops in Pots FREE 6 week Course
- Norwich - Friday 18th March, 2pm
- Great Yarmouth - Tuesday 15th March, 12.30pm
- King's Lynn - Friday 18th March, 10.30am
'Pottering' in a community allotment/garden
- Norwich - Fridays at 10am
- Great Yarmouth - Fridays at 10am
- King's Lynn - Thursdays at 1pm
Weekly walking group, including a monthly forest and bathing event
- Norwich - Tuesdays at 1pm
- Great Yarmouth - Fridays at 1pm
- King's Lynn - Thursdays at 1pm
