How do I access this service?

Appropriate referrals are made to other agencies where it would support the person with their presenting issue(s). Consent is gathered from them for all referrals and this is noted on Norfolk and Waveney Mind’s Client Management System. You can self-refer or be referred by any Mental Health Professional or your GP.

A referral can be made by your care co-ordinator or key worker and you will receive a phone call from a team member to discuss your needs and explore your options.
