The purpose of Norfolk and Waveney Mind is to ensure that no one suffers with a mental health problem alone.

As a newly merged organisation it's vital that the communities we serve are given a voice and oppurtunity to contribute as we continue to respond to the mental health needs of people within our community.

The survey will help us identify who we support based on demographics, what services are considered important by stakeholders and identify preferences as to how those services are accessed.
