Unite with us this World Mental Health Day (10th October) and turn Norfolk and Waveney blue to help raise awareness and vital funds to support our work right here in Norfolk and Waveney.

By taking part in ‘Do Blue’, you can help us raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. Money raised will help us to ensure that no one in Norfolk and Waveney has to face poor mental health alone.

Whilst part of the Mind network, Norfolk and Waveney Mind are an independent charity and we raise our own funds. Each year the demand for our services increases as more and more people seek support for their mental health however, we can’t do it alone. Help us on this journey and join in with turning Norfolk and Waveney blue this World Mental Health Day.
