"Do Blue" is back for 2026, and this year it is be bigger and bluer than ever...

Our annual campaign turns Norfolk and Waveney blue for World Mental Health Day. Together we raise awareness around mental health so we can ensure that no one in Norfolk and Waveney has to face poor mental health alone.

This year, we're asking you to dress up, light up, and Do Blue in the week leading up to World Mental Health Day, 5th to 10th October.

How can you take part?

You can do anything blue to get involved - the possibilities are endless! You can light up blue for us, host a blue bake sale, run a blue sports day, get everyone to dress up blue... or anything else that comes to mind.

To let us know how you're getting involved, please email [email protected]

Whilst part of the Mind network, Norfolk and Waveney Mind are an independent charity and we raise our own funds.

Each year, the demand for our services increases as more and more people seek support for their mental health however, we can’t do it alone.

Help us on this journey and join in with turning Norfolk and Waveney blue for World Mental Health Day.

We've also included some pieces that you can pop on your socials, to let everyone know about your fundraising.
