"Do Blue" is back for 2026, and this year it will be bigger and bluer than ever...
Our annual campaign turns Norfolk and Waveney blue for World Mental Health Day. Together we raise awareness around mental health so we can ensure that no one in Norfolk and Waveney has to face poor mental health alone.
This year, we're asking you to dress up, light up, and Do Blue in the week leading up to World Mental Health Day, 5th to 10th October.
Whilst part of the Mind network, Norfolk and Waveney Mind are an independent charity and we raise our own funds.
Each year, the demand for our services increases as more and more people seek support for their mental health however, we can’t do it alone.
Help us on this journey and join in with turning Norfolk and Waveney blue for World Mental Health Day.
Who has taken part in Do Blue before?

To help you get going on your blue fundraiser, we've created a helpful bank of things we think might help. Here, you can download and craft some bunting, label your blue bakes, stick up a poster or award the best blue costume.
We've also included some pieces that you can pop on your socials, to let everyone know about your fundraising.
