I work with a wide range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, addiction, and sexuality. I also support people navigating difficult life events such as pregnancy loss, infertility, childbirth, pregnancy decisions, bereavement, trauma, work-related stress, and relationship problems.
Together, we can explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, work through impactful memories, and identify the areas in your life you'd like to change. Our work can help you better understand yourself, set personal goals, and move towards the life you want to live.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work specifically to your needs. I care deeply about the relationship we build together, and I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic connection is essential to meaningful progress.
