What is CHIME?
CHIME stands for Connection, Hope, Identity, Meaning, Empowerment and it is a holistic approach to mental health recovery.
This approach acknowledges that we are all different and have different things that are important to us, but there are common ways that we can approach our interactions with the people, places, and things in our lives that will help us to cope with daily life and see a positive future ahead.
Who is CHIME for?
CHIME is for people who are 18+ experiencing low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem or depression.
Where can I get support?
You can get support at signing up to one of our CHIME Recovery programmes.
Join us for our popular CHIME Recovery Programme and gain the skills to help you improve your wellbeing and allow you to take some control back over your life.
The programme is based around CHIME which stands for Connectedness, Hope, Identity, Meaning and Empowerment. The sessions will provide you with practical ideas to incorporate CHIME into all aspects of your life, to help improve your wellbeing.
