Help us turn Norfolk and Waveney blue this World Mental Health Day (10th October) to help raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health.
By taking part in ‘Do Blue’, you can help us raise awareness and vital funds to support our work right here in Norfolk and Waveney. Money raised will help us to ensure that no one in Norfolk and Waveney has to face poor mental health alone.
Whilst part of the Mind network, Norfolk and Waveney Mind are an independent charity and we raise our own funds. Each year the demand for our services increases as more and more people seek support for their mental health however, we can’t do it alone. Help us on this journey and join in with turning Norfolk and Waveney blue this World Mental Health Day.
How to take part
Taking part is easy, you just have to decide what you will do. You can help us raise awareness by putting a poster up in your building, sharing our mental health awareness posts on social media, lighting up your building blue or hanging a blue flag in your window.
And you can help us fundraise by wearing or baking something blue, dyeing your hair blue or giving yourself a blue glitter beard… The possibilities are endless!
