What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means to pay attention, non-judgementally and in the present moment and is a way of helping us work differently with challenges, as well as live life more fully.

It has benefits in all areas of life including in our relationships, at work and with our own wellbeing. With 10 years’ experience of delivering nationally evidenced mindfulness programmes, we can help you understand and experience these benefits!

All our trainers have recognised Mindfulness teaching qualifications to deliver the diverse range of courses we offer.

We can help your organisation build a mindful workplace for better performance, innovation and resilience.

We offer support in developing mindfulness as a core competence, that can be woven through all levels of your organisation to create a culture of reduced stress, improved focus and creativity.

Research shows workplace course programmes are more effective at enabling individuals to sustain mindfulness skills and their benefits, than mindfulness apps alone.
