Fancy changing up your look in aid of Norfolk and Waveney Mind? Join others in shaving off your beard or hair, on Tuesday 31st August at 6pm! How much is your hair worth?
Weve only gone and got some of Norfolk and Waveneys finest barbers and hairdressers involved, who have so generously given up their time to support the event. So whether you're leaving it to the professionals, or letting your nearest and dearest loose with the clippers, we thank you!
So how does it work?
Simply press start fundraising and set up your own Just Giving Page and email fundraising@norfolkandwaveneymind.org.uk to let us know whether youre part of the pro crew, or the home crew.
Which ever you decide, rest assured, we will be with you every step of the way! Up to 84% of people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime. By taking part in #ShaveLive2021, you are contributing to the mission of ensuring that no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

Churchman Challenge - July & August 2021
We are celebrating the upcoming opening of our new REST service at Churchman House, Norwich with launch of the Churchman Challenge.
We are inviting the people of Norfolk and Waveney to pledge a minimum of £10 to commit to a selection of self-care challenges throughout July and August to support overall health and wellness.
Our ambition is to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone and with the right support and resources anybody can create a life that feels meaningful to them. We need your help so we can be there – at the other end of the phone and in our local communities. By pledging to take part in this challenge you too can make a real difference.
GEAR 10k (Grand East Anglia Run) - 22 August 2021
LIMITED SPACES LEFT!
If you're after a fun fitness challenge in the picturesque setting of an historic Norfolk town, then this one's for you! The wonderfully scenic course through King's Lynn is flat and suitable for all, making the event enormously popular.
We have limited free charity spaces if you pledge to raise at least £150. A running vest is included, and you will be supported with a cheer station and at the marquee in the Charity Village after the race.

Crazy Golf Networking Event - 13th September 2021
This relaxed and chilled networking event is perfect for those of you who want to unwind after a hard days work with a fun and competitive round of Crazy Golf, and have a chat with others from local businesses.
It really is as simple as Crazy Golf & Having a Chat!
Tickets are £12 plus £2 booking fee.
5pm until 7pm.
