This Mental Health Awareness Week, 15th - 21st May the theme is anxiety.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind are launching their Breathe boxes which aim to encourage people going through peri menopause or post menopause to take a moment for themselves, help improve their wellbeing and raise awareness of the impact menopause can have on your mental health.

We often feel the need to look after everyone else, but if you do not look after yourself everyone around you will suffer. - Janette Sarginson

Menopause can be a very challenging time, especially managing symptoms of low mood which include feelings of anxiety, stress and depression, which is why taking time for yourself and selfcare is so important.
