This Christmas, donate to our appeal and help someone get the mental health support they need.

By supporting our Counselling for Christmas Appeal, you'll give a gift that will offer hope to someone going through a tough time in this toughest of years.

A £20 donation will pay for someone on a low income to have a 50-minute counselling session that can start them on the road to recovery.

And if you donate on a loved one’s behalf as a Christmas gift, you’ll receive a postcard or downloadable e-certificate which you can pass to the recipient to let them know how they’re helping to support mental health in Norfolk and Waveney.
