What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness means to pay attention, non-judgementally and in the present moment and is a way of helping us work differently with challenges, as well as live life more fully.
 
It has benefits in all areas of life including in our relationships, at work and with our own wellbeing. With 10 years’ experience of delivering nationally evidenced mindfulness programmes, we can help you understand and experience these benefits!

Mindfulness at Work

Ongoing practice groups 

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly to help maintain and deepen skills learnt.  Or, we can help you initiate your own peer-led practice groups to truly embed a mindful workplace.

Mindfulness for me

We offer a range of evidenced 8 week courses, including Mindfulness Based Coginitive Therapy,  which can be explored in a group or on a one to one basis.

Mindful Self Compassion

Nurturing Parents

This course supports parents and carers to incorporate mindfulness and self-kindness into family life. It helps participants improve relationships, reduce stress and gain confidence in their parenting skills.

One to one

For those who going to a group is not possible, you might want to try our one to one sessions. We usually cover the material of each 8 week course, over an hour long, weekly session, with the learning personalised to each individual.  We can also shorten the overall course duration, depending on the time you have available.
 

Practice Groups

Continuing practice after a course can be tricky on your own, but is essential to feeling the benefits Mindfulness can offer us.  Practice groups offer an opportunity to meet others from previous courses and share the process of deepening and keeping your practice alive.
Open to anyone who has done a mindfulness course, whether through us or another provider.
