Delivered in a more informal style and with students aged 14-18 in mind, this course sets out to provide a basic knowledge in Mental Health Awareness, give key tips and advice on how to deal with the everyday task of managing the stress and anxieties linked to academic studies.
With discussion and interactive elements included in the training delivery, students are shown how to recognise the signs in themselves and others that they may need support and how to look after their own personal wellbeing.
