What is Breathing Spaces?

Breathing spaces is a community engagement project that provides an easily accesible, mental wellbeing support service that succesfully engages Orbit customers to enhance their mental wellbeing and recovery, building long term resilience.

The focus is on mental wellbeing via support from a recovery worker. The ultimate goal is to support individuals to take control of their own lives and feel empowered to contribute to their community. 

Who is Breathing Spaces for?

Orbit customers 18 years and older, living in Norwich, Broadland, Waveney and Great Yarmouth who are experiencing low mood, anxiety, loss, feeling worried, lonely, isolated or "not feeling quite right" and are not currently receiving support from Mind services.

Call us on 0300 330 5488 or email enquiries@norfolkandwaveneymind.org.uk where you will be met by a Recovery Triage Operator who will provide you with further information about this service.
