What is NIHCSS?
To work with individuals to identify and make changes in a variety of areas of their lives in order to improve their wellbeing. It aims to support people to achieve their goals and to live as independently as possible in their local community. We support people in supported living (located in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and King’s Lynn) and within the community.
Who is NIHCSS for?
The service is available to any adult from the age of 18+ with severe and enduring mental ill-health, including those with complex needs and will include adults over the age of 65 who do not have dementia or complexities in ageing.
How do I access this service?
Referrals accepted from Norfolk County Council - Mental Health Social Care Team or Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
