What is Carers Service?

The aim of the service is to provide support and give time to Carers of people living with mental ill health thus promoting the wellbeing and mental health of carers. It focuses on the particular needs of the individual carer.
 

Who is Carers Service for?

Any carers over the age of 16, caring for people living with or recovering from mental ill health, in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area.

  • Self referrals 
  • GP general practitioners, primary care  
  • Social services 
  • Integrated health and social services 
  • Local partner organisations

Call us on 0300 330 5488 option 1 or email rictriage@norfolkandwaveneymind.org.uk where you will be met by a Recovery Triage Operator who will provide you with further information about this service.
