Course outline

Our 3.5 hour virtual training course Mental health awareness, will develop your understanding of mental health so that you feel confident in supporting people experiencing difficulty. It is suitable for anyone with an interest in mental health and/or supporting others.

The course is delivered live by an experienced trainer and will provide opportunity for delegates to work alongside one another through a series of specially designed activities. It will of course include discussions and information relevant to the current pandemic.

The course is three hours thirty minutes in length, with a short coffee break half way through.  

Delegates must be able to attend the whole course in order to take part. 

Delegate requirements – this training course will be delivered virtually. Delegates must have access to Zoom through a laptop, tablet or PC. Delegates will be required to interact during the course, and so use of a camera, microphone and speakers are essential for maximum participation.
