Norfolk and Waveney Mind is celebrating the Great British Week of Sport’s #MindfulMonday with a free online session of yoga and gentle mindfulness techniques.
International teacher Helen Stephenson will lead the virtual session on Monday 21 September from 7pm to 8.30pm, incorporating yoga, Pilates, and Feldenkrais (playful discovery of natural movement patterns) to leave participants feeling rebalanced and refreshed.
All ages and abilities are welcome to join in, and you don’t need to have practised mindfulness before.
The session has been funded by National Mind as part of the Great British Week of Sport, which runs from 19 to 27 September and celebrates the important role that an active lifestyle plays on our mental, physical and social wellbeing.
