Mental Health Awareness Week - 18 to 24 May 2020
We marked Mental Health Awareness Week in a special and somewhat different way this year. As this year's theme is kindness
, we thought it would be brilliant to celebrate all that is kind, and the positive effects this can have on our mental health.
What better way than to celebrate with a VIRTUAL FESTIVAL
taking over our social media? -
particularly as lots of us are missing out on festivals this year!
We promoted the kindness message using a variety of festival-favoured content - think music, art, a family area, wellbeing and SOS 'tents' - all encouraging people to connect,
keeping kindness in mind.
